Access and eligibility
Access to private skills, prompt packs, plugins, and bundle repositories depends on a valid purchase or subscription. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service.
Subscription management
Stripe is the billing source of truth for recurring plans. Plan changes, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Stripe or another payment method we explicitly make available.
Delivery and usage
Purchased materials are delivered through GitHub repositories, docs, or other access channels we specify. You are responsible for keeping your local installs and access credentials secure.
Warranty and liability
Upskill content is provided as-is. You remain responsible for reviewing agent output, validating code or operational recommendations, and deciding whether to use them in production systems.
